Community guidelines
One Up Day is a space to keep going — not to compete. Five simple agreements keep it standing.
- Support, don’t compare
There are no rankings here. The only person to measure against is who you were yesterday.
- Every Day 1 is respected
Nobody belittles a beginning. Day 1 deserves as much respect as Day 100.
- A setback is not a failure
Don’t judge or lecture someone who stopped. Falling is part of the journey.
- Whoever comes back is welcomed, never charged
No "where have you been?". Say "good to see you" instead.
- Care is active
Report cruelty when you see it. If someone is in crisis, point them to real help.
Cruelty, humiliation, mockery of someone’s journey, pressure disguised as motivation, spam, and anything that makes someone ashamed of starting again.
Comments pass through a safety filter. Reports are reviewed and repeated cruelty leads to removal. You can block anyone at any time.
Coming back is always welcome.
